Podcast Launch Mastery: Turning Expertise Into a Podcast

Manila just got a little louder, in the best way possible.

From June 30 to July 1, 2026, Media Lab PH in Ayala Malls Manila Bay turned into a full-blown podcast production floor for Podcast Launch Mastery (PLM), a two-day live implementation workshop by PodVoice. And no, this wasn't your typical "sit, listen, take notes, forget everything by Friday" kind of event. People walked in with an idea buried somewhere in their heads. They walked out with an actual recorded episode, a brand kit, a content plan, and honestly, a very different sense of what they're capable of.

If you've ever felt like you have something worth saying but no idea how to say it consistently, this recap is for you.

Day 1: Finding the Voice You've Been Hiding

Registration kicked off at 10 AM, and by 10:30, participants were already deep into a Voice Development Masterclass with Joyce Burton Titular and Ron Titular, two names who know a thing or two about turning shaky first-timers into confident speakers. They tackled presence, public speaking anxiety, and the kind of vocal delivery that makes people actually want to keep listening. Attendees even recorded their raw "before" story, a baseline they'd revisit by the end of the workshop.

After lunch, Jennifer Estil walked the room through branding and visual identity, because let's be real, a podcast that sounds great but looks forgettable still gets scrolled past. Then Brien Ordiales led a hands-on workshop where participants paired up to build an actual podcast concept from scratch, complete with an opening script and hook. Chino Granda followed with a crash course on basic cinematography, because video podcasts live and die by framing and lighting.

By late afternoon, the studio setups were live. Mic checks, camera angles, actual recordings. One lucky pair even got to record a full live episode in front of the group. The day wrapped with a Q&A panel where every speaker fielded questions, and homework: go home, record a 10-minute solo podcast, and upload it before Day 2.

Day 2: From Raw Footage to Real Launch

Day 2 opened with a vocal yoga session (yes, that's a real thing, and it works) led again by Joyce and Ron, resetting everyone's energy and voice before the heavier content began.

Lui Baarde took the stage next with a session on multi-passionate branding, helping participants figure out how to build authority even when their interests don't fit into one neat box. After a lunch break that doubled as studio exploration time, Juneil Abueva, better known online as Duekneel, ran a full editing workshop covering CapCut workflows: audio cleanup, jump cuts, captions, the whole toolkit.

Then came the part that made everything real. Participants sat down for an individual editing lab and, by the end of it, each one had a finished podcast episode and a highlight reel ready to show. Brien came back to cover distribution and content repurposing (because recording is only half the job), and the day closed with a video edit showcase where people got to see their own work on screen, followed by a closing ceremony, certificates, and a whole lot of group photos.

Why This Actually Matters

Here's the thing about expertise: having it and being known for it are two very different problems. A lot of brilliant people in the Philippines, coaches, consultants, business owners, creators, know exactly what they're talking about, but their audience never hears enough from them to remember. PLM exists to close that gap. Not with theory, but with an actual working podcast by the time you leave the room.

And it clearly landed. Attendees left with more than notes. They left with a podcast identity, a first 10-episode content plan, a recording workflow they can actually repeat, and honestly, a version of their own voice they hadn't heard before.

Built on Strong Partnerships

None of this happens without the people behind the scenes. PLM was made possible through the support of its key partners, Cloud Studio, PodVoice, Simply Designs Studio, Finest Media, Overflow Education, Life Over Whiskey, Media Lab PH, and Press Socials, along with Platinum Partner ArsysMedia, Gold Partners Kangkong King and The Yarra Rainforest Sanctuary, and Silver Partners NEN Digital and Z Trends Giveaways.

We're proud to have stood alongside this lineup in helping more Filipino voices find their platform.

Your Turn to Show Up

If this recap has you thinking "maybe I should've been there," good news: you don't have to wait for the next batch to start. PodVoice regularly opens new runs of Podcast Launch Mastery for entrepreneurs, coaches, creators, and anyone tired of staying invisible.

Head over to www.podvoice.ph to check upcoming workshop dates, registration details, and everything else you need to finally launch that podcast you keep thinking about.

Your market can't trust a voice it never hears. Time to change that.
