Terms of service
Effective July 19, 2026. These terms explain the rules for accounts, subscriptions, payments, publishing, and platform use.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to the NEN Digital website, customer workspace, press release publishing tools, distribution features, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, submitting content, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account and billing information.
2. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for protecting account credentials, maintaining accurate organization information, assigning appropriate team permissions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Actions taken through an authorized organization account are treated as actions of that organization.
3. Plans, credits, and subscriptions
Paid plans include the publishing credits and features shown at checkout. Unless a plan states otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly through the selected payment provider until cancelled. Unused credits remain in the workspace and do not represent cash, stored value, or a transferable financial instrument. A publishing credit is consumed when an eligible release is published.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment authorization
Prices, billing currency, billing interval, and included credits are displayed before purchase. You authorize the selected provider to charge the payment method for the initial purchase and recurring renewals. Applicable taxes, bank charges, currency conversion, or provider fees may be added where required or imposed by the relevant third party.
5. Cancellation, plan changes, failed payments, and refunds
You may request cancellation through the billing workspace. Where the provider supports period-end cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period; otherwise cancellation may take effect immediately. A plan change activates after the new purchase succeeds and the previous recurring subscription is then cancelled to avoid double billing. Failed renewals may be retried by the provider and may place the subscription in a past-due or unpaid state. Refund requests are reviewed based on the payment status, services already delivered, credits already used, provider rules, and applicable law. Automated refunds may be unavailable after included credits have been consumed.
6. Content ownership and publishing permission
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NEN Digital the non-exclusive rights necessary to review, format, host, publish, distribute, display, archive, and promote that content as part of the requested service. You confirm that you have authority to submit the content, trademarks, images, personal data, quotations, and supporting materials.
7. Editorial review and prohibited use
Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, distribution, ranking, media pickup, or backlinks. Content may be rejected, returned for changes, corrected, archived, or removed when it violates these Terms, the content policy, the link compliance policy, third-party rights, or applicable law. You must not use the platform for deception, impersonation, malware, unlawful promotions, harassment, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, or search manipulation.
8. Third-party services
The platform may rely on identity, hosting, payment, email, analytics, storage, and distribution providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect specific features. NEN Digital is not responsible for third-party outages or decisions, but will use reasonable operational measures to preserve accurate local status and recover from provider failures.
9. Availability, changes, and support
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features to protect security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the service. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Scheduled maintenance and urgent security work may temporarily limit access.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, search ranking, audience reach, publication by third parties, or commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security risk, fraud, unpaid charges, unlawful activity, material policy violations, or misuse that threatens other users or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time, but outstanding payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that apply to you. Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@nendigital.com.
